THICKET is the one for apartments. It stands 53 inches on a footprint just over two and a half feet wide, so it fits the corner of a flat without dominating it - and it is made of solid willow wood and sisal rather than the moulded plastic and beige carpet that usually come at this size and price.
Willow is a good choice for a cat tower: light enough that the structure is not unwieldy to move for vacuuming, strong enough to take repeated landings from a running cat, and pleasant to look at unfinished. Sisal on the posts is the material cats actually strip their claws on, and it lasts considerably longer than the wrapped rope that frays within months.
At 53 inches it still gives useful height without needing a tall ceiling. Two finish options are available. Assembly is required. Secure the tower to the wall with the supplied anti-tip fixing, site it on level flooring, and replace sisal wraps when they wear through to keep cats using the post rather than the sofa.
