LEDGE is a floor lamp built as a lit panel on a narrow stem. The upper section glows with visible natural veining running through it, and the stem below is kept deliberately thin so almost nothing separates the light from the floor - the lamp occupies height without occupying space, which is the trick in a small room.

Warm light reveals subtle tonal variation across the panel face, and a small circular detail on the front provides a precise visual accent against the softer stone. It is a restrained piece of detailing, but it gives the eye a fixed point and stops the panel reading as a plain lit rectangle propped in a corner of the room.

The narrow footprint makes it suitable for positions a conventional floor lamp cannot take: behind a sofa against a wall, in a corner between furniture, beside a bed where there is no room for a table.
