RAIL is an 80cm wall-mounted rack that stores twelve bottles and seven goblets in one run, on two layers. Putting bottles and glasses on the same fixture is the sensible arrangement for a home bar - everything for pouring a drink is in one place, at one height, rather than split between a cupboard, a shelf and a drawer.

Construction is high-quality steel board on a sturdy steel frame, which is what a loaded wine rack needs. Twelve full bottles is a real weight, and a rack that flexes under load is a rack that eventually fails at the worst possible moment; the steel here is doing structural work rather than decoration.

Goblets hang inverted from the underside so dust cannot settle in the bowls, and bottles lie horizontally to keep corks wet. Finished in black, 80cm wide.
