Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you order from GoodNest. If something isn’t right, we’re here to fix it.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all hardware and accessories included.
How to start a return
Email support@goodnestliving.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Include photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We’ll reply with return authorization and the correct return address within 2 business days.
Please do not ship an item back before receiving return authorization. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed or refunded.
Return shipping costs
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping in full, and you may choose a replacement or a refund.
• Change of mind: you’re responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Items we cannot accept
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items damaged through use, assembly, or installation
• Clearance or final sale items, where marked
Damaged in transit
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional billing cycle to appear.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Email us as soon as possible most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, the return process above applies.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Email us and we’ll help coordinate.
