EMBER is a pair of cordless table lamps for the places a plug will not reach. No cable means no trailing lead across a floor and no decision about where the nearest socket is - they can sit on a dining table, a windowsill, a bathroom shelf or a garden table on a still evening and be moved whenever the room changes.
Each lamp runs a 2200mAh battery behind an LED source with three colour settings: warm, neutral and white. Warm suits a dinner table, neutral works for reading, and white is the practical setting for a work surface. The acrylic and aluminium body in elegant silver keeps them light enough to carry in one hand while holding something else in the other.
They are sold as a set of two, which is how table lamps like this are actually used - either end of a sideboard, both sides of a bed, or spaced along a table for dinner.
