Description
SCALE is modular wall-mounted cat furniture: perches, platforms, nest boxes in different shapes, connecting walkways and scratching posts, bought as the pieces you need rather than as one fixed tower that comes as it comes.
Cats want height more than they want floor space, and a wall route gives them somewhere to be that is out of the way of dogs, children and vacuum cleaners. Because each element does a different job - a perch to survey the room, a box to hide in, a post to scratch, a walkway to travel along - the assembled route holds a cat's interest in a way a single cat tree in a corner does not.
Twenty-three component and size options let you start small and extend later along the same wall as budget allows. Fix every component into solid substrate or studs using fixings rated well above your cat's weight - a perch that pulls out of plasterboard is a serious fall - and check the fixings periodically for movement.

Build The Route You Want
Perches, platforms, nest boxes, walkways and posts are bought separately. You design the wall instead of accepting whatever one fixed tower happened to contain.
Somewhere Nobody Else Goes
Cats want height more than they want floor space. A wall route puts them clear of dogs, children and the vacuum cleaner entirely.
One Wall, Every Job
A perch to survey from, a box to hide in, a post to scratch and a walkway to travel along. GoodNest lets you cover all four on the same run.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to buy the whole set?
No. Every element is sold as a piece, so you take the perches, boxes, walkways and posts your wall and your cat actually need, then extend later.
How do the pieces mount?
Each element fixes to the wall through its own mounting points. Into studs or with suitable heavy duty anchors they carry an adult cat landing on them at speed.
Will a nervous cat use it?
Height is what settles most cats, and a wall route is the one place a dog or a toddler cannot follow. Add a nest box and they gain somewhere enclosed to retreat to.
Can I add to it later?
Yes, and that is the design. Extend the route, raise a step or add a second box at any point without replacing what is already on the wall.
Does it help with furniture scratching?
The scratching posts are wrapped for claws and mounted to take the pull of a full stretch, which is what draws a cat away from sofa arms and door frames.
