It stands 68 inches on a base only 23.6 inches square, so it takes a corner rather than a room. Separate enclosed condos at different heights let each cat claim a level, and height itself is how cats sort out precedence between themselves: give them four options at four heights and the standoffs on the stairs largely stop.
The weight is concentrated in the base, which is what keeps a tower this tall stable when several animals move on it at once rather than swaying. Five configuration and finish options are available. Assembly is required. Secure the tower to the wall with the supplied anti-tip fixing before use, and site it on level flooring clear of stairs.
