Four condos, one for each cat
Sixty eight inches on a small base
Built for multi cat households

Description
Four cats, four condos, no arguments. WARREN is built for households where the peace depends on everyone having somewhere of their own to be - which is the actual dynamic in most multi-cat homes, whatever the owners would prefer to believe about how well they all get along.
It stands 68 inches on a base only 23.6 inches square, so it takes a corner rather than a room. Separate enclosed condos at different heights let each cat claim a level, and height itself is how cats sort out precedence between themselves: give them four options at four heights and the standoffs on the stairs largely stop.
The weight is concentrated in the base, which is what keeps a tower this tall stable when several animals move on it at once rather than swaying. Five configuration and finish options are available. Assembly is required. Secure the tower to the wall with the supplied anti-tip fixing before use, and site it on level flooring clear of stairs.

Tall, Not Sprawling
68 inches high on a base only 23.6 inches square. All that capacity comes from height rather than from floor space.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many cats does it suit?
Four comfortably, because it has four separate condos. It works just as well for two cats who each want a choice of spots through the day.
How much floor does it take?
A base of only 23.6 inches square, so it occupies about the footprint of a side table while standing 68 inches tall.
Why condos rather than open perches?
An enclosed space gives a cat somewhere to retreat to rather than only somewhere to sit. In a multi cat home that is what prevents friction.
Is it stable at that height?
The base is weighted for the height and the posts run through the structure, so it stays planted when a cat jumps between condos.
Can it go against a wall?
Yes, and most owners do. Against a wall or into a corner the tower is even more stable and the cats still get a clear view of the room.
