Most cat trees are carpet-covered posts you tuck behind a sofa and hope nobody notices when they visit. BOUGH is built from solid pear wood and meant to be seen - the grain does the work that beige carpet never could, and it can stand in the middle of a living room without apology.
Seventy-one inches of it, with a nineteen-inch top platform. That platform size matters more than the height: most towers narrow to a saucer at the top, which a cat can perch on but not sprawl across. Nineteen inches lets a full-grown cat lie out flat at the highest point in the room, which is exactly where they want to be.
A hanging swing adds the movement that keeps an indoor cat interested after the novelty of a new tower wears off in the second week. Two finish options are available. Assembly is required. Secure the tower to the wall with the supplied anti-tip fixing, site it on level flooring away from stairs, and check the swing fixings periodically for wear.
Free shipping on every order. If it is not right for your space, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Solid pear wood with the grain on show. BOUGH stands in the middle of a living room without needing an apology to visitors.
Real height, a nineteen inch top perch and a swing hammock. Enough tower to keep a cat busy rather than mildly interested.
Beige carpet was always a compromise. GoodNest used pear wood and sisal so the piece earns its place in the room.

Seventy one inches, with a nineteen inch top perch. That gives a cat a proper high vantage point over the whole room.
Solid pear wood with sisal on the scratching sections. The grain is the finish, which is why it works as furniture rather than as pet equipment.
It is a suspended hammock. Cats settle into the gentle movement quickly and it usually becomes the favourite spot on the whole tower.
The solid wood construction and weighted base carry a large cat landing on the top perch. Wood is far more rigid than the chipboard used in carpeted towers.
It assembles from labelled sections with the fixings supplied. Solid wood means the joints stay tight rather than loosening over a few months.
