CAP is a set of solar post caps for fence posts, deck rails and pergola uprights. Where most post lights offer two modes, these give three - cool white, neutral and warm - so the same fixture can read crisp and modern on a contemporary deck or soft and traditional on a garden fence, decided after you have seen it in place rather than before you buy.
The housing uses a stepped exterior with a ribbed clear lens, which breaks the light as it leaves and casts a pattern down the post rather than a flat wash. It is a detail that costs nothing at night but makes a run of posts look considered. The form is neutral enough to sit alongside existing garden lighting without clashing with it or looking like an afterthought.
Each cap charges through its top panel during daylight and lights automatically at dusk, so there is nothing to switch on and no timer to reset as the seasons change.
