Description
PATH answers a fair complaint about solar garden lights: most of them are functional and none of them are pretty. These take the shape of a small cottage with a striped transparent shade, and the shade is the point - it breaks the light into patterns across the ground rather than putting out a plain circle at the base of a stake.
Inside sits a retro tungsten-filament-style bulb, which is what gives the warm, lived-in glow rather than the cold blue-white that dates cheap solar lighting immediately. The compact size is deliberate too: these fit places a full-height path light will not, including fairy garden corners, narrow borders, raised beds and balcony planters where floor space is measured in inches rather than feet.
Each light charges through the day and comes on automatically at dusk, with nothing to switch and no timer to set. Push the stake into soft ground, angle the panel toward open sky, and keep them clear of shrubs that will shade them as the season grows in. Runtime varies with how much direct sunlight the panel receives each day.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does one charge last?
A full day of sun runs the light through the evening and well into the night. Even on overcast days you still get several hours of soft glow.
Do I need wiring or tools to set it up?
None at all. The stake pushes straight into soil and the panel handles the rest, so the set is live the very first night you place it.
Will it survive rain and sprinklers?
Yes. The housing is sealed for outdoor weather and shrugs off rain, sprinklers and heavy morning dew right through the season.
What colour is the light?
A warm filament tone, much closer to candlelight than to a torch. It flatters planting and brickwork instead of washing them out.
How do I keep them performing well?
Wipe the small solar panel clean every few weeks and site them where they catch afternoon sun. That is the whole maintenance routine.
