Two reinforced handles support the weight of a full load of rolls, which is heavier than it looks once ribbon, bows and spare tape are in there too. Reinforced is the operative word: handles are where a loaded wrapping bag gives way, generally while being lifted down from a high shelf with both arms above your head.

The upright format stands in a wardrobe or against a cupboard wall rather than needing shelf depth, and rolls stay vertical so their ends are not crushed.
