ROVER is a stroller for a pet who can no longer walk the whole distance, or should not - an older dog, a recovering one, a small breed on a long day out, or a cat going somewhere. Wheeling them saves your arms and means the outing happens at all rather than being cut short at the end of the road.
It is a 2-in-1: the carrier basket detaches from the frame, so the same purchase works as a stroller for the walk and a carrier for the car or the waiting room. That removes the usual transfer at the door, where a nervous animal has to be lifted between two containers at exactly the moment it least wants to be handled.
The basket is roomy rather than a token compartment, and it folds down for the boot between uses. Five colour options are available. Secure your pet with the internal tether, check the basket is properly latched to the frame before setting off, engage the brake when stationary, and never leave an animal unattended in it.
