TAMBOUR is a wide cylindrical alabaster shade on a slim black suspension, with a smaller stone collar where the cord meets the drum. The drum profile is the plainest shape in the range, and that is the reason to choose it: nothing distracts from the surface of the stone itself, which is what you are paying for.
Width matters for a pendant over a table. A drum this broad throws light across a wide area rather than dropping a narrow cone onto the centre, so a single fitting can cover a dining table or a kitchen island without leaving the ends in shadow and the far seats poorly lit.
